Plugin Help Needed - Chat and PEX

Hello!

We need some assistance with the setup of PEX and a chat plugin. I am not sure which chat plugin would be best, but we can discuss that. I have the PEX ranks already worked out and can fine tune the perms after you set it up with the basics.

The chat program is the real issue for me - I have never had an easy time setting one up before. The colors, etc. That is where you would come in. I already know what we want to be done, just not how.
