Plugin Help

I am in need of help with few of plugins

I bought litebans but when i do /ban its like another plugin is using the command /ban because even though i give the player liteban, essential, bukkit the permission to /ban dosent work. https://gyazo.com/be38018ff78c995c28ebe2459bab65b0

StaffPlus wont work. It dosent let me so /staff or /sc. It says i have no perms when i am opped and i gave my self the perm
