Plugin Ideas?

I am making a plugin for SMP servers its basicly essentials but for SMPs, Please don't rip off my idea I have been working on this for a while.

Basically I need ideas for cool features in the plugin that would make survival better. I will credit ideas when I upload the plugin.

I don't really want it economy based not at the moment, but do you think a craftable gem that upon right clicking gives you fly for x amount?

My brain is blooming, when crafting the gem it has a random number of seconds on it, maybe like 1:00-10:00!
