A know that but like what material & stuff and what would 'Connect 4' be used for ? Hub ?

Red = Redstone Block
Blue = Lapis Block

You could use this on a factions or prison server and implement wagers/gambling.
This is better than a jackpot for example as jackpot takes no skill, players could earn money using skill rather than luck
