Hi there, I really want to make this on my server but i can't find anything to do it so can anyone tell me the name of plugin?

I know that i can make it with holograms but what about head.
I have leaderheads plugin but without sign its not working.

I know you said you've got leader heads, but have you tried leader heads revamped?
