I have a plugin that i need done. we will talk about what i need done. already had one person take the project and hasn't told me anything and the deadline has passed. i will pay after project is done. no harm no foul there.

Sorry, I won't be giving anything upfront. I've been charged half and people have done nothing after words. I scams are too much
