I need it so the stats will be viewable on web as well.

As a dev myself that is not worth 50$ you will need to offer about 100-150 for a plugin like that

Since it has a web end, i think it would indeed be worth more.

I will do the stats to mysql for 50. You would need someone to write you a php script to get the stats from the mysql db....
