Kohi's plugins are basically public now and almost everyone can find some sort of way to get them. I personally have there Cube Core and there Staff plugins on my computer.

He's probably talking about the remakes. Those are still no where near as good as kohis. Kohi's have super efficient code and be on a server with up to 600 players. Unlike any of the remakes.
