Plugin - Punishment Prefixes!

Hey People!
I intend to open a server!
Left me another plugin,Punishment plugin.
I'd want something like this :

Ban / Mute / Kick / History / Teleport
If anyone knows how to do this, or a similar plugin,can contacts me!

For that to work you must use a Ban Manager of which we can access (i.e it has an API), so we can get the boolean wether or not they're actually in Muted, Banned, Kicked, History, or Teleport

I know,I have Ban Manager plugin,but I need Punishment Prefixes....
