Hello, I am currently wanting an [item] plugin, where you type [item] in chat, and it replaces the "[item]" with the item in your hand, and when you hover over it, it shows the item, the custom name and the amount. Also I want the chat format to support whatever plugin my server is using to handle their chat. (EssentialsChat, DeluxeChat etc).

I also want a cooldown and permissions on this (all configurable)
