Plugin request or help

Hello all!

I'm here because I'm having a little issue with stack sizes of item, I'm aware of essentials stack size, Yet I don't want to change stack size for everything.

So, this is either a request for a plugin to be made so I can customize stack sizing, or just general help on how to change it or a push in the right direction of a working plugin for 1.19.1
