Plugin similar to AuthME

Hello Everyone,
I'll make this quick and snappy. I'm looking for a dev to create a simple plugin that forces the user to register upon joining via the command ' /register (password) (confirm password) ' and then force them to login when ever they reconnect by doing ' /login (password) '.
This plugin would obviously require the users passwords to be stored and edited if need be in the necessary file.

I am requesting this plugin be done for free in returns for a vouch and a VERY VERY VERY possible + reputation however I can't guarantee that as it's against the rules or something?
This is a great opportunity for any developers looking to build up reputation I guess!
