I think you mean mob stacking, mobs stack within a radius of 10 blocks of the player and the entity. The max stack limit for a mob is 100, if it tries to stack more on it doesn't allow it and the mob is removed.

Basically prevents server lag from players afking at spawnings all day and lagging the server with hundreds or even thousands of mobs.

HCFCore or something to make a full HCF server with a plugin. Like adding crowbars, factions, koths etc
