Plugin that allows mob spawners + hoppers to be broken in Faction Territory

Hello MC-Market,

I'm in search of a plugin that allows mob spawners + hoppers to be broken in faction territory.

I am running the latest version of FactionsUUID, I'm not sure if there are any free ones out there. If there is one, please send it to me.

If this doesn't exist, please send me a PM as to how much you would charge for a plugin like this.

Pretty sure there is a section to set protected materials in territory.

I've looked :/, it only protects usage of items, you can't configure Factions to allow specific blocks to be allowed to be broken
