Plugin that displays a hologram for named dropped items

Im currently looking for a plugin that allows a hologram to be created if a user drops a named item.

An example of what I mean is bellow:

If anyone already knows of a public plugin that does this already please can you make me aware.

Doesn't work for custom named items for some reason, i've just tested it and i can't get it working.
