Plugin that does this one thing

I am looking for a plugin that allows me to add a permission to a player after a certain amount of time. So say I want someone to have the permission hat.use after 36 hours what plugin can do this? I already tried with OnTime and it is a really complicated plugin since it has about 500 features

Actually I realized I only need a plugin that does a command after a playtime is reached and not a permission. So like when a player reaches 5 hours it does it. I was planning on using: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/autoranker/

but its main purpose is to rank them instead of doing a command, maybe there is a simpler plugin
