Plugin to kick players to Hub server on restart.

We have our fallback server set to Hub but it only works in the event of crashes. When we /restart they just disconnect. The only plugin I've found that apparently fixes this is MoveMeNow but the site to download that does not work and it was last updated years ago so I'm not even sure if it'd work.
