Plugin update (1.16-1.19)

Gday all. A while ago i had a plugin made for a server i was developing and planning on opening. However i got left hanging by a previous developer i wont name. And the plugin was left with a few missing features.

im trying now to get back into it and re open the server. But ill need the plugin updated and have a few features fixed.

its a medium-large size plugin based off of a Tokyo ghoul type mini-game/core
