When a player is killed by another player no items are dropped. Instead the items are all transported into a private chest (not a placed one)
The player who got the kill can then access the chest with a command to collect their loot so it isnt stolen.

- Players cant store items in the chest and can only take out.
- Based on amount of damage not last hit.
- Message the player that they did the most damage and got the loot.
- Ability to set a max amount of chests a player can have before they have to empty.
