Plugins for Vouches (1/3)

Hi! I am sort of new to MCM. I've only been here for a little while, and I want to gain people's trust.

What I will be doing is making 3 free plugins a week. And this will go on for as long as I can do it. Once the 3 plugins are made for the week (which must not be a large project, keep it medium-small, if you would like something large made, just pm me) I will not make anymore plugins for the week. And on the next week it resets. Now I won't do a normal "week schedule" like everyone else, it will reset every Wednesday. If I do not finish your plugin by the due date, you will gain 1 extra free vouch plugin (must be smaller than the previous one), and that one will not take up the next week's plugin slot.

Just write a small paragraph or whatever layout you prefer saying EXACTLY what you want. I want all the permissions, commands, messages, what you want to be configurable, etc., that you want.

Note: These plugins will be public to ANYONE on MCM and they will be listed on this thread!

So I would be very happy if you could code 2 Plugins for me.
First Plugin:
Damager - A Player gets a custom amount of damage in a Area. (Would be cool if I could configure 1 oder more Areas)The Player has to soup against the damage.
Second Plugin:
This Plugin measures the time a Player needs from for example Z -439 to Z -515. Then Scores the 3 lowest times with the plugin heads leaderbords (which is free) on a Head-Leaderboard!
