i would like to do a vouch plugin if possible if you can make this ill give you full credit! and will be very pleased! theres a old plugin thats called citadel, and well it is used for reinforcing blocks making them more durable and harder to break. its used for political war servers. i am looking for a type of plugin like this so i can add it to my server. if you could do this. id be very happy!
