Description: Similar to CosmicPvP's Mystery Mob Spawner. You are given a spawner with a list of spawners you can win as the lore of the item. You right click the spawner and based on the % chance of each spawner it can be it changes in that spawner

Description: Allows player to right click a sign to save their current inventory and armour so they can then get it back again when they click another sign. For example a [Save Kit] and [Load Kit]. This doesn't have to be enabled on signs, just a command or anything they can type to save and load inventory and armour would be great.

/inv load
If possible a permission node to which groups can run these commands would be great. For example a VIP can use this feature but a regular Member cannot. Thanks.

Whenever you go mining and break a certain block (stone,granite,etc) theres a chance that a mob might spawn,
configurable, example, an invisible skeleton with the block that you broke as a hat and it will be wielding a stone sword, example, you break a wooden plank, the skeleton will spawn with a wooden plank on its head, if you break stone, with stone on his head.
Commands:
None.

It depends on if people are okay with me doing it, it will be different for each person.

A random normal Minecraft mob or a custom mob?
That would depend on what you'd see as 'normal'
The players would see the mob as a regular mob, its just stronger and drops better loot.
So yeah, I guess it would be a custom mob
Example: Zombie, +15% hp, +100% damage. drop 100% iron ingot, 1% diamond helmet protection 2
