It auctions people's items in a GUI where people can buy for the seller's price. Example : http://www.mc-market.org/threads/71661/
Commands :
./AH sell {price}
./AH Reload (Reloads the plugin)
./AH Cancel (Opens up a gui where it displays all the PLAYER'S auctioned items, and they get to cancel them.
( BTW TRY TO BASE IT OFF OF THE PLUGIN I GAVE AN EXAMPLE FOR )

i may not do this do to the fact that I would have to use your faction plugins API and I'd prefer not to.
It would need to be hooked into your HCF plugin or else not even the leader of the faction could open the sub claimed chest

Basically, there's a configurable block that gives you a core (the core list is configurable with percentages, and names, and what's in each core).
Commands: /core give (name) (player)
/core list
/core add hand (%)

Sure. So basically, in the config, you can pick which block will give you a core when broken. Those cores can be right clicked to reveal the contents. In the config, you can specify the types of cores, and their % to be found when the core block is broken. If you go on that ip, just go to award, and you will see hay bales if you don't have the texture pack.
I'm sorry, but I am not going to do this mainly do to the fact I have no clue what you are asking for, you need to go into full detail on what you want. I don't know how you expect me to know what a 'core' is. (Like whether its an in-game feature or what)
Ok, basically, in the config, you can specify a block that will have a chance to give you a certain core when mined. So let's say I have it set to a slime block. And if I have 2 cores in the config, specified both to 50%, then that's the odds to get one of the cores specified. So you'd mine the slime block, and get a random core. The core is kind of like a randomizer. When you right click it, it reveals the prize. Each prize has a configurable percentage of being obtained as well.
