plugins in return for vouches

Note: I will not code a plugin that depends on a plugin, i mean a plugin that requires me to use other plugins for it to work for example vault. Nothing huge, I dont have too long. I don't need credits, just vouches and I will do anything you want as long as it's along these lines. I also don't know how to give vouches because im new here but i know that they're useful, i'm going to sell servers soon. I dont like selling plugins for real money, so if you do have a request that is big, and is appropriate to my skill level in bukkit coding I will happily code the plugin, I wont do this very often though.

Ah thanks for answer back was just looking for someone to make a basic file encryption and decryption system for my games.

my eclipse is having some issue with finding my plugin.ymls when I make a plugin, so can you just real quick make me a plugin to do /kb for ops (just make it return true) and if they arent an op cancel it (just make it return false) I have the command in my spigot, so it has no permission node, so just disabling the command is the best way to go instead of hard coding it into my spigot.
