Plugins on a Survival server?

So I am creating a Survival server (at least I am making one, No funds as of now but am able to configure it at least whilst I earn the funds.) what type of aspects would you look for in a Non-Grief survival server. Plugin wise.

Hello there, if I wanted to play on a non-grief survival server, I'd look if the server had the following plugins: MCMMO, ShopGUI, Pets, Custom enchants and possible a custom mob plugin!
