Plugins on FTB-like Server

Hi, I'm trying to get Bukkit plugins set up on an ultra modded server that I've put together. It's based off of the ATLauncher Jurassic World : Revelations modpack with a few added mods that I've put in.
I've been able to get the mods working and the server playable using Forge, but I when I attempt to use Cauldron instead of Forge to get Bukkit plugins working, as well, it seems to crash.

I was hoping to pay someone to walk me through making this work, as I'm wanting to learn instead of just having it done for me.
