Plugins Recommended For SMP Server?

I Having trouble on deciding what plugins I should use for a SMP serve these days.

I used to run a SMP Server a while back and made 800$ in about two months and couninued to make more with about a 35-40 Player count then Blasted OVH had a harware failure. The problem with my last server I did not have it configured fully to perfection and had to constantly deal with bugs and other stuff.

Plugins I Used:

• Essentials
• World Edit / Guard
• AutoRank
• McMMO
• Towny
• Jobs
• Pex [Permission manager]

Our rank setup worked like this. For the first four ours you played you get a free rank from Traveller to Townsmen and then you double the four hours and your next rank is 8 hours and you went from Townsmen to farmer.

What other plugins and Ideas would your recommend?

I suggest grief prevention instead of towny.
