Plugins searches

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a plugins that when there is a new player on the server, it sends a command from the console, for example / give {player} dirt 1, and the player gets 1 dirt in their inventory.

I'm not asking for any development, just plugins that already exist. Premium plugins accept.
