Could you make a Gadgets Plugin similar to Hypixels Gadgets

Plugin call spawnerlimit: so member can place 3 spawners in 50 chunks/block , vip can place 5 spawners in 50chunks/block, vip+ 7 spawners in 50 blocks. So if they want to place another spawener, they need to go 50 blocks away to place another 3 spawners. If you cna make it, that would be awesome man
