Effect wands.

Example:

Stick: (When right clicked) gives the player strength 3.

I was thinking of having stick as the main thing but with different lores such as speed, strength, regeneration etc.

Commands:
/wand [speed,strength,regeneration,jumpboost,resistance]

Config should allow to customise the wands by changing the lore, effect, level of effect, the amount of time you will have the effect for, cooldown.
