Could you make a /share plugin? All it'd really do is send a chat message only to the player with links. The chat message should look something like this.

(Optional)
- The ability to Edit, Delete or Add lines onto the message in-game.
- A GUI instead of a chat message.
- Clear Chat and execute the /share command on login.
