What's wrong with NCP? Just use MarkElf NCP configuration.
And by vote do you mean Votifier?
If you need a banknote glitch to be fixed, tell the developer. We can't decompile the plugin and fix it for you since that's against the seller's ToS (unless you bought src code)
Your post is really lacking in the detail department. If you need ncp to 'work' then check my signature.
