Job Description:
PlutoNode is in search of proactive Technical Support Agents responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales and post-sales support experience. Your role will be pivotal in assisting customers with our product offerings and resolving technical queries.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role within the hosting industry.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other languages are a bonus.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. The ability to work independently or as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment.
5. Advanced technical knowledge regarding Linux and Windows based operating systems, Minecraft Game Hosting and Website Hosting.
