Best way to gain rep through Management services is to start off offering your services for cheap or free of charge.

$10 a week is still pretty expensive for someone with not a lot of experience.
Would recommend either discussing prices in DMs (Depending on the work) or work for free.

Or you could work for free during a "Trial Week". If they think you would fit you could charge.
