All of my services support MCPE, just open a ticket to have it setup. I'd recommend using a VPS over normal hosting for MCPE though, you'd be able to use more diverse software as MCPE is really a hit or miss depending on the time you use it. Just look at ImagicalMine, was the most popular MCPE fork and now they're gone. If you want to try it out I can give you VPS hosting a bit under your budget per gig and you'd be able to do much more with it than just MCPE.
