My name is Glident, and I am one of the Managers, along with Jay_H at the wonderful Poke Voyage server. Poke Voyage is a new and upcoming Pixelmon server, full of seamless features and great community members. We are reaching out today because we are in need of staff to fill the positions below. Each position has separate requirements, so please open the spoiler to view the requirements.

Helper
NOTE: If you do not have any/little previous experience, you will automatically only be applicable for Helper.

Spoiler: Admin Requirements

- You must be 15 or older
- You must have been an admin on at least 2 other servers
- You must have been any staff rank on at least 5 other servers
- You must have strong leadership, great maturity, and experience with Pixelmon
- You must be able to play for at least 14 hours a week

Spoiler: Senior Mod Requirements

- You must be 14 or older
- You must have previous experience on at least 4 servers
- You must have strong leadership, great maturity, and experience with Pixelmon
- You must be able to play for at least 14 hours a week

- You must have previous experience on at least 3 servers
- You must have strong leadership, great maturity, and experience with Pixelmon
- You must be able to play for at least 14 hours a week

I would lower the requirements for Admin, some admins, like myself have either worked on only a few servers for a long period of time.
I'd love to apply, but I guess this is the only thing that's keeping me from applying for Admin is the requirement for x5 servers staffed on.

Since this is the initial staff team, we can't take a huge risk of dealing with unqualified people. Admin is a big position. Of course, the position can be earned with trust over time if you want to apply for a lower rank. To keep our standards high, I, unfortunately, can't change the current admin requirement, sorry.
