... You want a plugin. That emulates the entire Pixelmon mod. For ~$50 - $70. Excuse me while I roll on the floor laughing, please.

Sorry 1crusher but that is likely not gonna work. You must know that coding such a plugin would take a developer many many many hours. Not only would you need to deal with MC's vanilla mobs for all of the pokemons, many things would not work either.
A plugin allows script to modify the game to be modified while mods allows script to add stuff to the game. Sadly, you could not have a lot of pokemons in your plugin if you were to do custom textures. I'm quite surprised at how low you offer for this plugin, already having it quite impossible or so.
