Hello. I've decided to make a prison server and I'm half way into development.
I'm now requesting staff that can help with release and future updates.

Developer: 1/2 - Not Paid
Manager 0/1 - Not Paid
Admin 0/2 - Not paid
Mod 0/3 - Not paid

Requirements:
15 y/o+
Able to record 1080p
Past experience
Able to talk

Not sure how you're going to get a non paid developer. He is just going to use leaked plugins and probably take what you have so far to use on other servers. Also make sure your managers cannot download things on panel if they aren't wanting money they may try to make a copy of the server. I'd recommend paying your managers and devs and make sure they got good rep.
