Politics under general discussion

Since we can basically almost never talk about something political without staff thinking it's 'bad' or is somewhat 'flooding' the chat, therefore making the chat die facepalm.
Anyways, Let's make a politics subforum from general discussion to express our thoughts without any toxicity, with no reactions enabled.

I like the idea, but you gotta remember that MC-Market is full of 13 year olds who watch 5 episodes of Change My Mind by Steven Crowder and think they know everything about politics. It's going to get toxic no matter what and there are too many misinformed and poorly educated people on the platform to function well. inb4 Mick denies.

This has been suggested a handful of times and denied each time. We try to move conversation away from politics/other controversial topics because it's such a pain to try to keep moderated/civil.
