I'm a designer an I'm trying to contemplate where I should complete my services (Discord, through MCM Pms, discord server, etc).

In my opinion a discord server would be the best because it would be able to help you out, so when people want something they just open a ticket and make their request.

Pick what works for you and people will work around it if they are interested in your service(s). I don't want a third place to check for messages hourly so I don't provide discord support - hasn't stopped a few people from finding my discord and asking. That being one obvious reason for me, with other minor inconveniences not worth mentioning. Just don't offer more than you can keep track of or manage.

I personally find discord service servers annoying, so PMs here or on discord is what I like.

Honestly dealing directly on MCM is best so your Discord doesn't get clogged up with random people you dealt with once and barely remember afterwards. Also yeah, Discord service servers are super jank.
