I'd personally love the watch for fitness reasons, I love technology that gives you expansive information on your body and stuff. Unfortunately I can't really dish out the necessary funds :p[DOUBLEPOST=1428796027,1428795966][/DOUBLEPOST]
I recently switched from an LGG3 to an iPhone 6 Plus and I haven't regretted it one bit, apart from the loss of a decent imgur + reddit app.

had an iphone 4 for a year, bricked on me. got a LG G3 now, love it. how could you not love the G3?

OT: Not really sure what this watch does but i would rather spend the same amount on a blacked out or gold watch.

My LGG3 started being kinda sluggish and eventually and rather unfortunately - the screen ended up having it's final days, but I hadn't had a good experience with the device (overheating, slow, etc in general because of the high res display).

I didn't like the iPhone 4, it was very slow when the iPhone 5 got released because of the iOS update. I like Android, I had a bad experience with it a few times though. I do much prefer my iPhone however - glad I made the change. It's each to their own, of course :D

Also, Touch ID is incredible.

i have had times where i would try and unlock the phone and the screen would turn off, double tap again, try to do the dots password thing (cant think of the name..) and it would turn off again, repeat a couple more times then it would work. but Its kinda rare that that happens so i cant really complain. definately love not seeing pixels on the screen though :D

I would also like to point out that they are raising the price $100 for something that looks exactly the same.

Actually no, the cheaper one is smaller with 38mm in size and the more expensive one was 42mm. I saw them in real life at the Apple store and the 38mm is fucking tiny. But still, I'm not buying one.

Just wait like a week after it's shipped and you'll see at least a few selling at a cheap price on Ebay which is barely touched + AppleCare.

I don't really use watches. So no, I'd rather put the $450-$500 on my pc or something else. Hell, if I actually used a watch I'd be happy with a $50-$100 one at most.

Why this hate on Apple watch? It's the next gen tech. No Apple didn't pay me to say that, (thanks for the 30$ Apple)

Similar the the iPod and iPhone, there have been devices out that do the same thing for years. Apple just has a specialty ability to hype the shit out of it until everybody and their parents know about it, and then come release day, everybody who cares what other people think about them, is out buying one to fit in. It's not new technology, it's a fashion accessory.

Digital touch screen watches are not new, they're just typically unheard of to the general consumer.

Apple produces very nice looking and smooth-running products, they focus on simplicity and ease of use.

I'd never call them innovators, because all they do is take other peoples ideas and attach $500,000,000 in research and funding and re-sell it for 10x more.

I've thought about buying an iPhone, but since Apple sleeps in the same bedroom as the CIA, the FBI, and the NSA, I'd rather keep my fingerprints, text messages, emails, voice calls, and other data, out of their hands while I can.
