Introduction
Hello! My name is Marc, and i'm Owner and Founder of this brand new project with a huge youtuber called BeckBroJack: https://www.youtube.com/user/BeckBroJack

We made a market analysis with his channel not too long ago and know exactly what we're going in for. It will be a Modded Survival Server with quests, pve, etc. We might allow crack accounts under certain conditions.

What we're looking for
What we're needing is a part time developer to help us (we have one dev only, and he's good with plugin configuration only really).
This means we need someone that needs how to CODE. We need someone that's able to make fairly simple plugins (more to discuss)

The YouTuber
Of course, the server can be very popular very fast since it's a YouTuber server, BeckBroJack pretty much has the monopoly of mods (he's in the biggest, having over 1.3M subscribers and over 317M Total Views - 70k new subs in the last month only)

Payment
We offer a % of the server's total revenue (after taxes and costs for the server)
The % will be determined by the amount of work that needs to be done, past experience, age, etc. It is to discuss and will be handled individually.

Not many are just gonna work for a percentage, especially if it is determined by qualities that should not be considered when creating a pay rate for a developer.

Appreciate the comment, I will not consider it unfortunately, what's written here is final. We've had 2 candidates already via private messages. If you wish to work with us, we can negotiate a % (which can result, in the end, of a way higher salary than if I paid you by your rates.)

Why dont you consider PPP decent amount of developers prefer that and you can set strict deadlines and get what you want out of it.

Thanks for the reply, although I do understand a descent amount of developers prefer PPP, the developer that works on our project is required a set of numerous attitudes and aptitudes. We're looking for motivated, ambitious and good developers to do the work we need done. Commission based work is proven to motivate the worker to work harder on his task. What we're offering is a lot better than paying for a rate. We did a market analysis around BeckBroJack's channel, hundreds of people answered over the course of a few hours and we know exactly what to make for the people to enjoy. (Which by the way, means a guaranteed success playerbase wise.) If you've owned or manage a successful server before, you know how pretty simple it is for a server to make money, we're offering a % of that money monthly, for the server's whole *life*.

If you pay hourly I'm sure more people would be willing to contact you. I'm sure most people with a full-time job would not want to work for someone where they have a percentage chance at getting a percentage of a server's revenue :')
