About Cipheria.
Cipheria is a Custom Factions Network that is currently in the phase of development. Cipheria is more than just a Minecraft Community, it is about bringing players from all cultures, backgrounds, and places over the world together. The Cipheria Team has strived to make this community the top of the top and I believe we have done excellently well.
What We Are Looking For.
Cipheria is currently looking for some Portal Icons to use on our website. The Icons that we are currently looking will be used for the Forums & Store.
Our Budget.
Cipheria's budget is currently sitting a $5 per icon, however, prices can be negotiated depending on the quality of the work.
