Portal page for website and for staff

I am currently seeking someone to make a portal for my website that would include links to forums and shop (and free images if you could find some). I also need someone to make a staff portal that would have the same exact design but with different links (and it would need to have a login, if possible).

My portal page is $2, then to add something like this staff page, you're looking at probably another $5-10 depending on what you want. It can be made to act like the vote overlay does if that's what you want.
