Portal Page + Xenforo Theme setup + VPS set up

Hello, I am looking to get someone to set up my xenforo on a new VPS aswell as a portal page. I currently have a xenforo theme that I would like edits to, the portal page would be all yours (templates are okay too, as long as I can change them around).

Edits to xenforo include things like changing image, changing re-direct links etc.

I am currently looking for people who are experienced because I would like to get this done ASAP and im sure you do aswell.
