Portal Page

As I am moving away from Enjin, I am working on purchasing Xenforo [Which means funds are somewhat scarce], however in the meantime I need a portal done for the website for ease of navigating. Is anyone willing to help me out with a portal page that looks decent.

NOTE: I have the icons, logos and background image. I just need help actually creating the portal page.

I can also make you one, but like may I ask why you want one in the first place? I personally think they look ugly and are a waste of time having to click on a button which should be on a navigation bar on your xenforo.
