Hello there I am one of the owners of PortalZ and we are looking for someone to share or idea with a right hand that isn't scared to take lead in things or take responsibility for their faults or wins. We are creating something new an rpg game style experience with the goodies of mincraft it self.
We are in search of someone that has the ability to multitask to keep the staff in line and make progress we are not wanting someone that works like a dictator but as a friend we don't work with to much deadlines but things need to be done with not to much of a delay.
What are we asking of you
1. year experience of managing staff and projects.
2. Have knowledge about coding what developers are talking about.
3. Be able to create from ideas a full in depth task list.
4. Be able to show leadership skills and being a friend around the team.
