Portfolio Website Idea | Do you guys think people will use this?

Hello, I recently had a very different website idea. Essentially, it'll be a portfolio site where users can register and create their own portfolio. They'll be able to link their own domain, buy a domain, make their own themes, buy themes, etc. I had an idea of a way so users can add commissions, sort of like Fiverr where there are plans but you can also get a custom quote. There will be a very nice chatting system and scam prevention system. What do you guys think of this idea, also need a name (best name gets $5), and even some more ideas! Thanks! ​

With all ideas such as this, i would first make sure you have the resources/knowledge to pull this off. If you're committed to the cause, then anything is possible.

I'll be paying a developer of course.

Correct, and that’s exactly what I was thinking. I think it’ll be very beneficial to designers, developers, and maybe a few other fields. Also, I’m obviously prepared here with the money & time.
