Position as Owner on my server Zenith PVP!

Hello, I am looking for another owner to help me on my server I've been working on known as Zenith PVP. There is another owner other than me but he just does backend stuff and he doesn't want profits. He's just there to help if anything goes wrong in the backend during release etc etc... The reason I'm looking for a new owner is because I need someone who knows how to play Factions and knows how to run a Factions server. I will only be accepting people who have had past server owning experiences with semi SUCCESSFUL outcomes. I also need another owner for Financial Support. All the money that you invest into the server and help with will be reinstated via server profits and after that you'll receive 40% of the profits for the first map. If everything goes well and you contribute a great amount and really help then we will split it 50/50 from there on out. Everything is basically done on the server but I need money for the following things: Factions Spawn, Developer (I only need to pay him $72.50), Advertising (YouTubers & Ads), and that's about it.
