Developer wanted for immediate start in a paid position with iSkyify Server Network, working with us to customise and maintain our MC server.

Specifics and Requirements:
-Must be 18+ years of age
-Must have good knowledge of Linux systems, MySQL, Redis, Java & Minecraft server networks in general, bukkit/spigot API
-Must be able to work existing code and adapt to work with/around it, troubleshoot and bug test
-Initially must be available for 3 hours a day, 15 hours+ a week
-You need to be fluent in spoken and written english
-Good communication, Must have microphone and Discord account, and be actively responsive.

The Pay:
We are willing to pay the hired developer $15USD an hour for good work done. This will be monitored through ScreenshotMonitor.com
You will only get paid for proven work you do, which is provided through this application.

I contacted SummerGump a long time ago. I applied and went through the whole ordeal, but they never got back to me. Eventually just ended up leaving because they obviously didn't care (waited a couple of weeks with 0 contact). Maybe they've changed, but regardless I am inserting my past experience here.

18+ is very stupid. There are lots of talented developers who are under-age. If it's because of signing contracts, can't we get our parents to do that? #StopAgeRestricting

No, I did speak to you, but I ended up blocking you so I don't have any screenshots of it. Regardless, that shouldn't matter and you're just making yourself look silly by giving me attitude instead of being professional about it.

I'm just going to say that 18+ is not a great way to get developers. Adults often expect more pay because they usually have more expenses than a minor. If it is due to any sort of contract, that is a key piece of information that you need to provide in the requirements.
